Though the organisation was established recently, its team has acquired empirical knowledge, specific know-how and has widened its network of experts on human capital and knowledge management within a variety of educational and social initiatives.

In parallel to the work on various projects, the members of the association have extensive expertise on national level on stimulation of development of digital skills, support of the integration of ICT solutions in rural and scarce populated areas. Along with covering such regions, the organisation extends its coverage including some city districts from Sofia and Plovdiv thus enriching the network with urban municipalities.

The staff of the organisation has the necessary knowledge and experience in dealing with EU funded project in the country, as well it has been involved in European project as associated and supporting partner.
